Broadlands Farm Touring Caravan Site is open from 1st March to the 31st December
Please note that the caravan site is an adult only site and the minimum stay is two nights (three nights at bank Holidays)
The tariff is based on one hard standing pitch for one Caravan or Motorhome, with two adults and up to 2 cars (if they fit on the pitch).

| to receive a further reduction, long stay residents may set up a payment on the 1st of every month. |

You have 23 units of electricity per day when on the cheapest tariff of £15 per night, and only when an average of 23 units per day is exceeded, (£3.22 worth per day),a charge of 14p per unit is applied to cover the additional electric used. (This is rarely enforced as 23 units is sizeable amount).
All the pitches are metered and read regularly
