Stayed May 2024 Nick and his team keep all the excellent facilities clean and tidy. The whole site is well managed and Nick was very accommodating when my wife fell ill was hospitalised and we had to extend our stay at short notice with no pressure to leave. It is very close to a massive Asda store which is within easy walking distance. Being close to the M1 is a bonus but there is no road noise from the motorway. Will definitely return!

stayed Jul 2024 We have stayed on site for 3 months whilst renovating, the site is well maintained with showers and laundry room. They have long term residents who are extremely friendly and helpful. Shops, pubs and lovely places to eat on the doorstep and some lovely walks all dog friendly. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for some months due to a change in circumstances. The site is quite private to say it is relatively close to the city, with excellent access to the Pugneys Country Park or the M1. It's very secure, and has a relaxed feel to it. Nick and his staff are very friendly, helpful and supportive. The facilities are all in good order, the amenities block in particular is heated, has relaxing music piped in, with excellent showers, as hot and powerful as you like, no silly buttons to keep pressing in or coins to feed into a meter. It's adult only, so no children running round. A cracking little site.

Amenities very clean, everyone including staff were very friendly, private clean pitch, excellent dog walking facilities. Beautiful walking areas near by. Plenty of pubs/resteraunts within walking distance. Very professional and friendly set up, can't recommend it enough.

I would recommend broadlands caravan park to anyone its the best I've been to, Nick the owner is brilliant very helpful and very polite, the site is very clean and very secure!

Our 2nd stay at Broadlands. This is a town Centre site and it is very quiet. It has to be the friendliest site we have ever stayed on, The pitches are large and easy to access, and Nick the owner is extremely helpful. The site is not large and for its size it has plenty of grass. The showers are the best I have ever used. Thank you Nick.

Peaceful site, great location, fantastic host , great value for money! I had a wonderful stay at Broadlands, the site is in a great location and the facilities are spotless. It is a great location with Wakefield only about 3 miles away easily accessible by local bus, or a cheap taxi ride away. Superb host, super-helpful. I have already recommended the site to friends, and will definitely be visiting again.
