Caravans or motorhomes only (we do not take tents)

Your pitch is available from 12 noon on the day of arrival or earlier subject to availability, and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. you may book an extension, a charge may be levied.

DOGS

All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and not allowed to foul the park, dogs can be exercised down the field, no dogs to be left unaccompanied.

VISITORS

All visitors must stop and report to the farm house before entering the park.

ADULT ONLY CARAVAN SITE

As an adult only holiday park we do not accept chidden 0r single sex groups.

VEHICLES - SPEED LIMITS

No lorries, trade vehicles or vans allowed on the park. Please observe the 5 mph speed limit.

ALL CAMPERS

Must at all times conduct themselves with due regard to the comfort and enjoyment of others.

Noise after 10:30pm is definitely not welcome. Any person who commits an act of nuisance, danger or annoyance will be required to leave the park. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any persons, unit or tent.

The owners does not accept responsibility whatsoever for any personal injury, inconvenience, loss or damage to persons or their property howsoever caused during their stay at Broadlands Farm.
